Services are offered via Telehealth
I provide individual therapy to teens and adults via telehealth to California or New Hampshire clients. Telehealth allows clients to have the flexibility in how and when they attend sessions.
My Practice Specializes in Several Key Areas:
-
Gender-Based Violence: I provide compassionate support and advocacy, helping survivors heal and reclaim their sense of empowerment.
-
Emerging Adulthood: Transitioning from high school to work or college can be daunting. Therapy can help young people manage the pressures and uncertainties of this pivotal stage. Emerging adults often struggle with transitions, including the transition to college or work, identity development, and new relationships. These transitions can often involve anxiety, depression, and trauma.
